You like the idea of someone helping you with your organizing project because the end result is so worth it.... but how does it all work?
Well, you've come to the right place! This article is here to provide our clients (and potential clients) with an overall idea as to how our professional organizing process works.
Of course, each situation and client is completely unique, so keep in mind that this will provide a general idea.
First, we'll learn a little about your project(s) over the phone. Initially, you're welcome to fill out our contact us form online, but most likely we'll want to connect on the phone to fill in the details.
Next, we'll do an in-person walk through. We'd like to take a look at the project firsthand so we can talk to you about some options and give you an idea of our timeline for the work.
Third, we'll schedule our first professional organizing session! Our sessions are 3 hours in length. You may choose to purchase a few sessions at once, or buy them as you use them. We'll discuss the options.
At our first organizing session, we'll begin by removing the items from the designated area and sort. The main categories we're looking to bucket the items into are: keep, donate, needs review and toss.
You can categorize with us, categorize with us for only part of the time, or have us do it all.
After the "keep" items are categorized, we'll work on putting things back in a way that makes sense for you and your lifestyle. The way the items are accessed and used is as important as the way they look in the space.
You may decide that you'd like us to purchase some items to help with your new organized space such as baskets, bins and labels. We're happy to do that, or we can use what you have at home.
Finally, we're done! See, that wasn't so hard was it? And now, WOW, things look great and everything is in its place!
